My name is Judy A. Stone and I love choosing the subject, paints, textures and colors I’m going to use.
I ask Alexa to turn on my music choice for the day and then I start painting. I have a general idea of what I want to convey and then the journey begins. Sometimes many layers of paint are involved and much introspection, perhaps over weeks or months. Sometimes as with pastels and inks, I may finish a painting in one day.
Every time I go into my studio, I enter a “zone,” filled with excitement, exploration of new ideas, feelings, and intuitiveness
